I don't have any answers. Neither am I aware of anyone else who has any answers.
I know lots of people who "think" they have "all" the answers, and that's the problem.
I suspect the trick is knowing which questions to ask, but I haven't figured it out yet!

Quote of the Day
On the Big Society.
"I am quite happy to help my elderly neighbor with their shopping, but I'm not gonna wipe their arse."
- local Labour councillor who will be named when or if I get his/her permission.
"I am quite happy to help my elderly neighbour with their shopping, but if they interrupts a Jack Straw speech I’ll have them man-handled and arrested under anti terrorist legislation."
Well, that contrasts neatly with a well-known local councillor who last year went well out of his way to assist a constituent who had been discharged from King George Hospital without the required incontinence pads - not a council matter at all, but he believes in helping people.
