I don't have any answers. Neither am I aware of anyone else who has any answers.
I know lots of people who "think" they have "all" the answers, and that's the problem.
I suspect the trick is knowing which questions to ask, but I haven't figured it out yet!
Good point but it doesn't go far enough. what is needed is a full life cycle analysis of the carbon footprint of all vehicles (construction and fuel) and base their taxable rates (VAT and road tax)on the combination of carbon emissions of both build and average expected usage. Perhaps then we will start to see a real reduction in carbon emissions
